Who we are

TaskSwift (“we”) runs the TaskSwift app and this website and is the controller of your personal data under UK GDPR. Contact: support@taskswift.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account details via Sign in with Apple (name, email or Apple private relay address).
• Job content: photos, descriptions, addresses, messages and reviews.
• Location: taskers’ live location while a job is in progress, and job locations.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Messages you send through this website’s support form.

How we use it

• To provide the marketplace: generating AI job briefs, matching taskers, live tracking, payments, receipts and reviews.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
• To respond to support requests.

Who we share it with

Photos and descriptions you submit are processed by Google (Gemini) to create AI briefs. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is delivered via Resend and Zoho. Jobs details, your name and (during a job) location are shared with the matched tasker or customer. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@taskswift.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
